Hi no Tori 2004

From prehistoric times to the distant future, Hi no Tori portrays how the legendary immortal bird Phoenix acts as a witness and chronicler for the history of mankind’s endless struggle in search of power, justice, and freedom.

The 2004 Hi no Tori TV series adapts five of Osamu Tezuka’s manga chapters into thirteen episodes; in no particular order, they are the first, second, sixth, 11th, and 12th chapters. The animators did not try to copy Tezuka’s drawing style and instead opted for a more generic style of TV animation—slick and polished. An English version of the TV series was released by Anime Works in October 2007.

I already use k-lite. My problem is not on my pc. My smart TV does not have very advanced codecs and does not play the one you use to create 12bit files.

Hi Shiniori. I was finding out why my TV doesn’t play videos with the 265 HEVC codec. Apparently the problem may lie in the fact that it is 12bit. Testing with other 265 videos I found that my TV could play them normally but they were 10bit. Unfortunately, I can only watch the videos via USB. I cannot use it as a monitor, since it is for family use. Please don’t misunderstand me. I’m not demanding anything from you about Hi no Tori, I just want to explain the problem.

I will convert old anime and broken anime without filter to x265 12 bit. I will make new generation anime and old quality anime in x264 10bit.
